About David Chilenski

David Chilenski began his career as a community organizer for an Oakland, California non-profit serving the elderly. Shaped by that experience, Chilenski has gone on to provide organizing strategy, public opinion research and campaign management for both elected officials and organizations for more than a decade.

Prior to founding Chilenski Strategies, he worked as an associate at the Tramutola Company where he specialized in education measures and candidate campaigns. Along the way, he provided project management for a federally funded study for the Survey Research Center at Pennsylvania State University.

A veteran of over eighty political campaigns, Chilenski has provided opinion research or managed campaigns for candidates for federal, state, county and local office as well as issues to gain support for schools, hospitals and parks.

Chilenski is a graduate of Saint Louis University and a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
